Hackley post 1

• A family vacations at Cape Cod, and in the middle of the night a young man pounds on their door. He has been attacked by his abusive father, and the traumatic event has left him mute. He has to gain the family’s trust without being able to speak, avoid the police who are searching for him after his father filed a missing person's case, and all the while he slowly falls in love with the daughter of the family.
