Bergeron Post 3
I recently rekindled my love for Miguel De Cervantes's Don Quixote. A minor character who isn't focused on much in the book is Alonso Quijana (Don Quixote's) niece, Antonia, a young girl who has taken care of him as he has descended into madness. The most insight we get into what happens to her during the events of the book is that she burns all of her uncle's adventure books in an attempt to keep him from developing further delusions. I would like to write a story centered around her as she fights the madness that runs in her family and embarks on her own adventures through La Mancha and down the coast of Spain.
