Our generation is too coddled. We are upset by insignificant things, and when something actually important is upsetting, we shut down, reject all different views, and refuse to have a dialogue. We think we have the right to never be uncomfortable. Anybody who disagrees with us is an idiot not worth listening to, and our opinion is the only right one. We must become more open to discussing things that make us uncomfortable or upset, rather than just shutting down and refusing to listen. A one-sided argument is not an argument at all.
