Death lays a gentle hand on the clawing demon's
shoulder,
silencing his murderous cackle,
his victim sobbing as blood
flows.
Death drifts in front of the torturer
shielding his victim from the red
eyes,
and lifts them up,
to bring them into the safe east.

Pickersgill week 9
It’s funny that when people think of skating, and of a skater’s future, their minds immediately jump to olympics and triple jumps. I see neither of these in my future, and I honestly never wanted to. But skating may be something I don’t let go when I go to college. Maybe I’ll take up dance, or writing, or biology or linguistics. Maybe I let it be something I leave behind when I turn the page to this new chapter. Or maybe I’ll turn it into something I can just do forever. But I don’t want it to be the only thing in my life. It’s not my only passion. There shouldn’t be only room for one passion in someone’s life, should there? It makes me sad when one of someone’s passions forces them to be put in a box, unable to even touch anything else. Or maybe the reality is that more than one is just a lot to do, and trying to do it all would just burn someone out.

what is it about landscapes that makes them so beautiful? The most beautiful are big and in comparison empty, showing mostly air and sky. Why is this emptiness so attractive?
Kotary Week Nine
There was one scene with Tom Felton as Draco Malfoy, where Harry had taken polyjuice potion, and turned into Crabbe. He was still wearing glasses, and his excuse was "reading?" Draco responded with "Reading? ...I Didn't know you could read", and walked away. The best part of the scene was that Tom Felton had forgotten his lines, so that all of his lines were improvised.

Shout out to Person D for giving me the idea to start the Equality Gang. Your subtle insults and obvious hate for everything I believe in were a constant inspiration.

Pickersgill week 7
I love rain.
Not the stupid, miserable, drizzly kind
But the kind that happens when it really decides to rain.
It's the kind that I love to listen to and the kind that I can dance in.
It's the kind that makes me feel cozy
Once I'm all dry and warm inside.
I like it best at night.
