I am currently taking playwriting class this semester as well as creative writing. I know, it's a lot of writing but ever since middle school I have loved to write. The other day in playwriting we were reading peoples work and one play in particular stood out to me. The play was about a woman who got her dream job and it wan't what she thought it would be. I saw a deeper meaning because now that I am trying to figure out a college major I have been reflecting on how many times my "dream job" has changed.

While walking down Newbury Street in Boston last night I thought to myself; "Imagine if everything you owned could fit into a single shopping cart."

I have been thinking a lot about the concept of money and how everyone's lives revolve around it. Money runs our society now but at one point it didn't even exist. It was created purely to limit the selfishness of humans. That seems really messed up but maybe being selfish is the only way to survive.

I’m not too good at this writing thing. I can’t come up with ideas. What could I possibly write about and elaborate on that could come even close to comparing with everyone else’s work? I know one thing though. At the bottom of every entry I am going to sign it with “Sincerely” and then emotion I’m feeling after it.
Sincerely, Frustration

All open book people still have secrets, you just have to read them.

i need to learn to let go of the people who don't care if I wake up in the morning, and the people who don't answer my how are you's? And my check ins to see how there life is going. They don't deserve me in their lives. I'm trying to be okay with that.
